Once those first tentative steps into Second Life have been taken, the question is often asked, what now? Where can I go to develop my own space? How do I run a class in a virtual world? This session will give you some pointers and the opportunity to go in world and carry out some activities with help on hand.

Building

Ball State is NOW offering an instructor-directed 8 hour intense crash course entitled, "Building 101: Future Builders of Second Life," that covers aspects of Beginner/Intermediate building in SL, from prim creation to animations. The first course will begin May 5 and run through May 26, 2010. You will need to be on Second Life Wednesdays from 4-6p.m. Second Life Time (PST).
